Clare Adams received her BFA in painting from The Museum School, Boston, in 1986 and has been pursuing her art ever since.

Clare moved to Vermont in 1988, where she felt more comfortable working among the fields and trees.

She has worked in oils and watercolors but her expression comes through most clearly in her prints.

More recently, Clare has become interested in glass painting. Using traditional stained glass techniques, she is able to use the natural light to to enhance and transform her work.
